What is "JUMP THE LINE" and how does it work?

JUMP THE LINE requests are limited to 7 minutes per song. The typical turnaround time is about one week. As a tiered member—whether through this site or on Patreon—you’ll receive priority access to your request, usually within a week.

Please note: Due to copyright restrictions, most song requests will not appear on YouTube until copyright clearance is granted, which typically occurs within 30 days.

If your video is fully blocked on YouTube, you will be notified directly, and access will be provided through this website or Patreon, ensuring you can still view your request.

Order & Shipping Information

The majority of our products are now fulfilled through a drop shipping service. To help reduce costs and minimize waste, all items are made to order rather than mass-produced.

Please allow 7–10 business days for order processing. As items may ship from different locations, your order could arrive in multiple packages.

*Business days refer to weekdays only and do not include weekends or holidays. 

International Orders

International orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and other customs charges. The charges vary by country, and at this time, we are unable to calculate them in advance. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies, please contact your local customs office. If such a fee indeed gets imposed on your package, you are responsible for its payment.

Are Sticker Orders shipped free?

Yes, please use code STICKERFREESHIP at checkout to receive FREE USPS First-Class® Letter Mail shipping on all U.S. orders containing only stickers, bookmarks, or magnets.

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Ships via USPS First-Class® Letter Mail (no tracking). 

  • Estimated delivery is 1–5 business days, but delivery times may vary due to various factors.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

  • Be sure to check your mailbox for a black or brown envelope, as this is how your order will typically be delivered.

We are not responsible for delays or lost mail. If you prefer tracked shipping with insurance, please select the paid shipping option at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

We want to make sure you love our products, and quality is guaranteed. If there is a print error or visible quality issue, we'll replace or refund it. For any quality issues, be sure to provide clear photos of the products on a flat, well-lit surface and include this in your email to us at contact@support.abthekreator.com. This quick and simple step will help us provide a speedy resolution.

All items are made to order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for general or sizing-related issues.

Membership Subscriptions

Membership subscriptions are non-refundable. You can cancel your membership at any time via your Billing page. Please note that cancellations will take effect after your current membership subscription period ends. 

Donations and Tips

Donations and tips are non-refundable. Once you have completed your checkout payment, we cannot cancel or refund your donation or tips.
