We've made some improvements to the JUMP THE LINE request process to help streamline everything behind the scenes and make sure the YouTube links you submit flow through correctly on our end. This should help reduce delays and keep your requests moving as smoothly as possible.

The new PayPal request process is now live! After completing your payment, you'll be prompted to fill out a request form. This extra step helps us capture all of the information we need the first time, making the process faster and more organized.

Starting July 1, you'll also receive email updates throughout the process:

• ✅ Confirmation that we've received your JUMP THE LINE request

• ✅ Notification when your reaction has been uploaded to Patreon and/or the website

• ✅ A final email when your reaction has been released on YouTube

We're hoping these updates create a smoother experience and keep you informed every step of the way.

A quick note about the new PayPal process: We're still at the mercy of PayPal's redirect timing. Sometimes the request form appears immediately after payment, while other times it may take a few seconds to load. If you don't see the form right away, please give it a moment. If it still doesn't appear, simply scroll down and click the "Return to ABTHEKREATOR" link to continue to the request form.

If you're a Patreon JUMP THE LINE member or you submit requests directly through abthekreator.com, nothing is changing for you. Your request process remains exactly the same.

Our current turnaround time is about 2 weeks, and our goal is to get back to approximately 1 week as we continue testing and fine-tuning this new process.
